Hajer is a first-year undergraduate student at ASU, pursuing Biological Sciences and Global Health with minors in Spanish and Arabic. As a School of Life Sciences Undergraduate Research Scholar in a myxoma virus lab at Biodesign, Hajer is looking forward to contributing to positive change in STEM classrooms at ASU as a RISE Ambassador. As a first-generation student and an aspiring medical school student, Hajer is dedicated to making STEM education more accessible to students from diverse backgrounds and with various goals at ASU. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
