My doctoral studies, with an emphasis on leadership for higher education (EdD), have equipped me with the necessary professional skills and qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis perspectives. Additionally, my focus on research, with an emphasis on STEM leadership for higher education, works to address problem needs in higher education institutions that continue to struggle with underrepresented groups' inequality and persistence, especially in STEM-based disciplines. This research has provided me with tremendous knowledge and a mindset to serve a diverse student population.
